International Funfairs returned to Elland Road Car Parks with a new layout due to building work taking place on the site. One of West Yorkshire's largest fairs this year saw the debut of Spencer Stokes' Moondance, a first appearence at Leeds for Freddie Stokes Jnr's Star Flyer and the return of Over The Top with it's fresh new look under the ownership of Sheldon Hart
